Paul's Bio and Speeches
Paul has been a trial lawyer for 30 years, after his graduation from Marquette University Law School.

Paul Scoptur is a founding partner in the plaintiff's personal injury litigation firm of Aiken & Scoptur in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He is a past co-chair of the National College of Advocacy Board of Trustees as well as a past member of the AAJ Board of Governors. Paul is a frequent lecturer on the state and national level in the area of trial skills. He is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants, has extensive experience working as a trial consultant and is also a founding member of Miller, Scoptur, Vesper & Shar, a case consulting and litigation support firm.
He continues to be named as one of “The Best Lawyers in America” and a Wisconsin “Super Lawyer," being given those honors again in 2009.
Paul is a Diplomat of the National College of Advocacy and was the first lawyer nationally to complete the Advanced Studies in Trial Advocacy Curriculum offered by the National College of Advocacy. Only 5 lawyers in America have completed that curriculum.
He teaches at Marquette University Law School in the areas of Pre-Trial Litigation and Trial Advocacy.
He wishes he could still dunk a basketball.
